By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of the Platform
Fan Love Africa acts solely as an intermediary platform that enables users ("Fans") to request and purchase personalized content (videos, messages, songs, shoutouts, live sessions, etc.) from Talent.
- We do not employ or represent Talent.
- Talent are independent contractors.
- We are not responsible for Talent's actions, content, or availability.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent).
- You agree to provide accurate registration details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
3. Services Offered
Fan Love Africa may include:
- Personalized video messages
- Custom audio / songs
- Live video calls
- Event bookings
- Brand / commercial collaborations
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
4. Payments & Fees
- All payments must be made through the platform.
- Talent set their own pricing.
- Fan Love Africa charges a service fee / commission on each transaction.
- Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.
Currency: Transactions may be processed in USD, GBP, EUR, or local African currencies depending on region.
5. Delivery & Fulfillment
- Talent typically have up to 7–14 days to fulfill requests.
- Talent may accept or decline requests at their discretion.
- If a request is declined or expires, a full refund will be issued.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued if:
- The request is not completed within the stated timeframe.
- The Talent declines the request.
- The delivered content materially fails to meet the request instructions.
Refunds are not guaranteed for subjective dissatisfaction.
7. Content Usage Rights
- Content purchased is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not:
- Use content for advertising, promotions, or endorsements.
- Resell or redistribute content.
For commercial usage, a separate licensing agreement must be obtained.
8. Intellectual Property
- Talent retain full rights to their image, likeness, and performance.
- Fan Love Africa may use content for:
- Marketing
- Social media promotion
- Platform advertising
By using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote content.
9. Prohibited Content & Conduct
Users may not request or submit content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading.
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
- Promotes violence or harmful behavior.
- Is sexually explicit or inappropriate.
- Infringes on intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to cancel or remove any request that violates these rules.
10. Talent Obligations
Talent agree to:
- Deliver content professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain appropriate conduct.
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or removal.
11. Platform Rights
Fan Love Africa reserves the right to:
- Approve, reject, or remove any content or user.
- Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.
- Modify pricing structures, fees, or services.
12. Disclaimers
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
- We do not guarantee:
- Talent availability
- Delivery timelines
- Content quality or satisfaction
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Fan Love Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.
14. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts within the chosen jurisdiction.
16. Changes to Terms
