By accessing or using Fan Love Africa at fanloveafrica.com or through our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Enjoyment Radio.

2. Description of Service

Fan Love Africa provides:

• Personalized Video Messages: Request custom video shoutouts from your favorite African celebrities for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and other occasions.
• Custom Songs: Commission original songs performed by talented African artists.
• Celebrity Browsing: Discover and explore a curated catalog of African celebrities across music, film, comedy, sports, and more.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Fan Love Requests & Purchases

Ordering: When you place a Fan Love request, you are purchasing a personalized video message or custom song from a celebrity listed on our platform. All orders are subject to celebrity availability.

Fulfillment: Celebrities typically fulfill requests within the turnaround time displayed on their profile. If a celebrity is unable to fulfill your request, you will receive a full refund.

Payments: All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms of service.

Refunds: Refunds are issued if a celebrity fails to fulfill your request within the specified timeframe. Refund requests for completed orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@enjoymentradio.live for refund inquiries.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit offensive, defamatory, or harmful content in Fan Love requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content from the Service without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute personalized celebrity content for commercial purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to logos, graphics, video, text, and software, is the property of Fan Love Africa / Enjoyment Radio or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Celebrity Content: Personalized video messages and custom songs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share them on social media but may not sell, license, or use them for commercial advertising without written permission.

7. User Content

When you submit content through the Service (such as Fan Love request messages or reviews), you grant Fan Love Africa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request and improving the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The reliability or availability of the Service
• The quality or timeliness of celebrity responses
• The accuracy of content displayed on the platform
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fan Love Africa and Enjoyment Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fan Love Africa, Enjoyment Radio, their officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
